ASTRO File Manager - A way in which to view the files on your phone, no root needed.
250+ Solitaire Collection - Excellent collection of solitaire card games.
8 Ball - The magic returns, shake your phone and get the answer.
AdFree - Blocks the ads in your free apps. Root required.
Air Horn - If it isn't loud enough for you, blame your phone manufacturer.
Androidify - A way to make a cool avatar for you. Used to make the site mascot!
Angry Birds - This is the space version. throw the physics you know right out the door.
AntiVirus - They claim you don't need it but you can never tell.
Appstore - This link will not work. Download it from Amazon and get a free app everyday.
Assistant - No Siri envy here, this is a very functional assistant that can perform many functions.
Authenticator - If you aren't using two step authentication you should consider it. It makes your account much safer.
Bank of America - A must for anyone who is a Bank of America client.
Barcode Scanner - Allows several different apps to scan barcodes.
Battleship - A neat take on the classic. The computer seems to cheat a bit though.
Bears - The official app for the greatest NFL team!
Binary Converter - A must for any computer geek.
Bluetooth File Transfer - A way to transfer anything between android phones, no root needed.
Boid Beta - A Twitter client that is optimized for Ice Cream Sandwich. May only work on ICS and Jelly Bean.
Bubble - Use your phone as a quick level.
Car Maintenance Reminder Pro - Got it free from Amazon. Tracks your mileage and maintenance needs.
Compass - Use your phone as a compass. I believe it uses the magnetic poles and/or GPS but I could be wrong.
Congress - Get informed about your representation.
Currents - A way to keep up on your favorite feeds.
Dictionary - From Dictionary.com, a must for anyone.
DIRECTV - Excellent way to look for things and set up recordings if you are a DirecTV customer.
Drive - Get access to your Google Drive files and folders.
Earth - Google Earth, nuff said.
EasyTether - Allows you to tether your computer via the USB port. Be careful, it is against most contracts to do this. No root needed.
Elixir - Excellent way to put some useful toggles in the notification bar. No root needed.
Equalizer - Make your music sound better.
ezPDF Reader - Got this free from Amazon. Allows you to view PDF files.
Fast Reboot - Get a similar effect to a reboot, this restarts all running apps. Root may be required.
Favorite Frequencies - Supposed to be a kind of dog whistle. Haven't tried it yet, waiting for a dog not running after me yet one I don't like much.
Flags of North America Free - Show your national pride with a live wallpaper!
Flashlight - Use your LED flash as a light. No root required.
FlexT9 Text Input - Got this free from Amazon. Allows sliding your finger to type, voice or drawing.
Flipboard - A neat way to get your news.
Football '12 - If you play fantasy football on Yahoo! you need this app. Updated to allow you to use your Google credentials.
Frogger - Got it free from Amazon. Just like the classic game (might be official).
Google Play Books - Many of the classic books are free.
Google Reader - A way to follow all your RSS feeds.
Google Voice - Get a different phone number and free texting, no picture messages though.
Google Voice Locations - Works in conjunction with Google Voice and turns on forwarding based on location.
Google+ - Awesome social networking.
ICE - In Case of Emergency app. Give emergency medical professionals some help.
Intelligent AutoReplyLite - Will automatically send a text telling people you can't reply (such as when you are driving). Must have!
Jewels - Addictive little game where you get 3 in a row to get them to disappear.
Knots 3D - Got it free from Amazon. It will give you instructions on how to tie the knot and show you a video.
LinkedIn - Networking for professionals.
Metricdroid - Convert anything from metric to imperial or back.
Mighty Grocery - Got this free from Amazon. No more paper grocery lists and you can order things by aisle!
Mini Golf'oid - Got this free from Amazon. A little putt-putt game.
Missile Defender - Similar to the original Missile Command.
Multicon - Place up to 4 icons in the space of 1. Has some issues when upgrading in Ice Cream Sandwich though.
My Tracks - Google's workout tracking app. Gives a lot of information including elevation changes.
NFL Teams - Bought this when Google celebrated 10 million downloads, live wallpaper of a flag for your team.
Notes - Simple note taking app.
OfficeSuite - Got this free from Amazon. The normal free version lets you view MS Office documents, paid lets you edit them.
OldTimeRadio - Do you like old radio shows? Then this is for you!
PAC-MAN - Got this free from Amazon. It's the official version of the classic game.
PayPass Locator - Use this to locate places where you can use Google Wallet.
Pinball Ride - Got this free from Amazon. This is a very good pinball game.
Pocket Legends - This is a very addicting multiplayer online role playing game.
PoolBar - Got this free from Amazon. Excellent 3-D billiards game.
Quick Boot - Reboot your phone (even into bootloader mode) rather then turn off then on. Root required.
Rescan SD - If you are having problems with your SD card not updating things try this small app. Worked great for me when it wouldn't update so I could copy between the phone and PC.
Roller - Got this free from Amazon. Classic Skee Ball.
ROM Manager - A must for anyone who is rooted!
RunKeeper - An app to keep track of your workout.
Scanner Radio - Remember going to your grandparents and hearing the scanner? Yep, same thing.
SeekDroid - Find your lost or stolen phone. You can even remotely wipe the phone.
Serial Storage - Store serial numbers for all your stuff.
ShareMyApps - App that created this list. You can share in many ways, some work much better then others.
Slacker Radio - Awesome way to get just the music you want to hear and none of what you don't! Check my other pages for some shared stations.
Songify - Make a song from anything that you or someone else says.
SoundHound ∞ - Got this free from Amazon. Find out what song is playing or just get more detail about it.
Space War - Got this free from Amazon. Simple shoot-em game.
Talking Tom - Got this free from Amazon. Repeats what you say in a different voice.
TaskKiller - Got this free from Amazon. Kill tasks that are running and move apps to the SD card.
TetherShortCutWidget - Turn on the WiFi hot spot without paying extra. Be careful as it is against some contracts to use.

The US Presidents - Get information about all of the US presidents.
Tiki Golf 2 - Got this free from Amazon. Excellent fantasy putt-putt game.

Titanium Backup - Back up everything on the phone! Root required.
Translate - Translate any phrase between many languages.
Transparent Screen - Text a lot? This uses the camera to show you what is beyond your phone while you type.
Ultimate Stopwatch - Do I need to explain what it is?
Unit Price Compare - Must have for anyone who shops. Put in multiple items and their price to see which is the best price.
United States Constitution - Learn whatever you would like about the document.
UPM - Lock all your passwords behind one master password or phrase.
Virtual Table Tennis 3D - Got this free from Amazon. Excellent 3-D ping pong game.
Walmart - Search Wal-Mart.com for anything they sell and buy if you want.
WeatherBug Elite - Got this free from Amazon. gives you the weather at a location close to you (a lot of high schools have stations).
Whoopee Cushion - I don't think I need to explain what this does.
WidgetLocker - An excellent app that lets you put widgets on the lock screen (like ICE above) so someone can use the phone without seeing your data.
WordzUp! - Addicting word search game.
Zedge - Excellent ring tone database, a must have for any Android user!
